Tracking Your Order

At Just Blaze PGH, we care about your package every step of the way. That’s why we provide delivery confirmation on all First-Class Mail shipments via USPS at no extra cost. For larger items shipped with FedEx or UPS, tracking is already included, so you can stay up to date on your order's journey.

Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email you provided during checkout.

A signature is required for orders totaling $200 or more.
Upon request, we can arrange an adult signature requirement for additional security. Please contact us for more information.

Tracking Note: If your tracking number initially shows “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00 PM EST for the system to update. This is normal and occurs as couriers scan the packages into their network.

Private & Secure Shipping

We understand the importance of privacy when it comes to your purchases. That’s why all orders from Just Blaze PGH are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. You won’t see our logo, product names, or any branding on the outside. The return label will simply say “Shipping Department” along with our address.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After shipment, delivery usually takes an additional 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping method and location.

Please note: Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier backlogs or high demand during peak seasons.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, opened, or tampered with in any way. Please ensure that you carefully research your purchase and feel confident about your selection before completing your order.

Return Eligibility

For eligible returns, the following conditions must be met:

Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition with all packaging and components included.
Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Any glass damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Important:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees, including expedited options, are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend tracking and insuring your return shipment. Lost or damaged return packages that are not insured cannot be credited or refunded.

Restocking & Processing Fees

If the item has been opened, tampered with, or is missing components (such as chargers, accessories, or packaging), a 20-50% restocking fee may apply. Returns must include all original parts to avoid additional processing fees.

All eligible refunds will be processed within two (2) business weeks after the returned package is received at our warehouse.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Products are not eligible for return or exchange beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

International Returns

International returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we are committed to customer satisfaction, factors such as higher shipping costs, customs fees, and other variables may affect our ability to process returns or exchanges for international orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged (especially glass items), report the issue to our Customer Service Department within 72 hours to be considered for a refund or replacement.
